Delivery and Returns

We strive to provide you with the most comfortable and reliable service possible. Below are the terms of product delivery and the rules for its return or exchange.

1. Delivery Terms (Умови доставки)

We deliver equipment and accessories throughout Ukraine (excluding temporarily occupied territories).

• Delivery by transport companies: Orders are sent by logistics services "Nova Poshta" or "Delivery" (to a branch or by courier for address delivery).
• Pickup: You can pick up your order yourself from our official showroom or from the warehouses of our official dealers (by prior arrangement with the manager).
• Delivery times: Shipments are made within 1-3 business days from the moment of order confirmation or payment receipt. Delivery time depends on the region and the regulations of the logistics company.
• Delivery cost: Calculated individually according to the tariffs of the transport company, depending on the dimensions and weight of the cargo.

⚠️ Important: Please check the integrity of the packaging and the completeness of the product directly at the carrier's branch or in the presence of the courier. By signing the receipt document, you confirm that the product has no external damage and is fully complete.

2. Return and Exchange Terms (Умови повернення та обміну)

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection," you have the right to return or exchange a product of proper quality within 14 days, not including the day of purchase.

Mandatory conditions for returning a product of proper quality:

• The product has not been used and shows no signs of operation (no scratches, chips, scuffs, mileage on the odometer, etc.).
• The commercial appearance, complete set, all seals, tags, and factory markings are preserved.
• There is a settlement document (receipt, sales invoice, or warranty card) issued with the product.

Products of improper quality (Warranty cases):

If during operation within the warranty period you find a manufacturing defect or malfunction, the exchange or return is carried out on the basis of the conclusion of our official service center.

3. How to arrange a return or exchange?

2. Send the product back to the address specified by the manager (transport costs for returning a product of proper quality are paid by the buyer).
3. After receiving and checking the product by our specialists, refunds are made within 7 banking days
